1. Booking and Reservations

All reservations made through our website, mobile app, or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name and contact details
• Valid payment information
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of guests and room preferences

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

2. Payment Terms

Deposit Requirements

We require a deposit equivalent to one night's stay at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a special offer or package.

Full Payment

The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
• Bank transfers (for corporate bookings)
• Cash (Indian Rupees only)

Price Changes

Room rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, the rate is guaranteed for the dates specified in your reservation.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation by Guest

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will be charged 50% of the first night's rate.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night's stay.

Modification Requests

Modification requests (date changes, room upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests made less than 24 hours before check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation by Ambassador Hotel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will provide a full refund of all payments made and assist you in finding alternative accommodation if possible.

4. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-in

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in

Check-out

• Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon)
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• All room charges must be settled before check-out

5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all hotel rules and regulations. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Illegal activities or behavior that disturbs other guests
• Smoking in non-smoking rooms or public areas
• Bringing pets into the hotel (except for service animals)
• Removing hotel property from the premises
• Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room
• Hosting parties or events without prior permission

Ambassador Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund for violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

6. Hotel Facilities and Services

Use of Facilities

Access to hotel facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, spa, etc.) is included in your room rate unless otherwise specified. Some facilities may have age restrictions or require prior reservation.

Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. While we strive to provide reliable internet service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and are not liable for any issues related to internet access.

Parking

Valet parking is available for all guests at no additional charge. Ambassador Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in vehicles.

7. Liability and Limitations

Ambassador Hotel is not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from guest negligence
• Loss or theft of personal belongings (safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk)
• Service disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., utility companies, internet service providers)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In no event shall Ambassador Hotel's total liability exceed the amount paid by the guest for the services in question.

8. Force Majeure

Ambassador Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
• Government actions, laws, or regulations
• Labor disputes, strikes, or lockouts
• Utility or service interruptions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ambassador Hotel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

The Ambassador Hotel name, logo, and related trademarks are the exclusive property of Ambassador Hotel and may not be used without permission.
